📄 Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Confide Concepts Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in our affiliate program (“Program”). By signing up, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have a valid email address to join. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links & Tracking

You will receive a unique affiliate ID to use in your custom referral links. You must use these links properly to ensure referral tracking.

We are not responsible for tracking failures due to:

  • Incorrect use of links
  • Ad blockers or cookie restrictions
  • Affiliate links being altered or shortened incorrectly

3. Commissions

  • Commission Rate: 20% or indicated otherwise by Confide Concepts.
  • Commissions are paid on completed, non-refunded sales only.
  • Payments will be made [monthly/net 30/etc.] via [your payment method, e.g., PayPal].

4. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not:

  • Misrepresent our brand or products
  • Use misleading advertising or spam
  • Bid on Confide Concepts brand keywords in search engine ads
  • Post links on coupon/deal sites without approval

We reserve the right to revoke commissions or terminate accounts engaging in any dishonest practices.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate status at any time without notice if you violate these terms.

You may also terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

6. Relationship

This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You are an independent promoter.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
