Returns & Refund Policy
At Confide Concepts, every product is crafted with care and intentionality. Because of the nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No Returns on Opened or Used Products
We do not accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, worn, washed, or assembled. This applies to:
- Phone cases
- Art prints and artwork
- Mugs
- Hats
- Apparel (including shirts and hoodies)
- Books (hardcover or softcover)
All products must be in unopened, unused, and original condition to be considered for return within 15 days of delivery. Return requests must be approved in advance by our team.
Digital Products
There are no returns or refunds on digital products, including downloadable books or artwork. All digital sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a damage claim. Confide Concepts is not responsible for damage caused by shipping providers.
If your item was defective due to a manufacturing issue, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery for review. Photos and order details will be required. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement of the same item only.
Return Process (If Approved)
Contact us to request return authorization within 15 days.
If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense and include tracking.
Refunds (minus shipping) will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
